This beta edition of Folding@Home dark mode web client is optimized for usage on a Windows 10 / Linux Mint running the latest version of the folding@home client.
Folding@Home is a free and open source, distributed computing project. Its goal is to create an environment where everyone can contribute their computing power, helping to find cures for diseases such as cancer, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, cystic fibrosis, and more. With the development of new hardware, such as multicore, GPUs, and other types of computing engines, there is the potential for a faster solution. By working in collaboration with a research team at the Stanford University School of Medicine, the nonprofit is able to find new and improved ways of doing science, and has the added benefit of receiving much-needed funds to continue its operations.
